Shipping Policy

Rates

Free standard shipping on US orders of $50.00 or more.
$7.95 standard shipping on US orders under $50.00.
Express shipping $15.00 where available.
International orders are quoted at checkout by the carrier.

Production time

Every Soul Kicks shirt is printed to order, which means nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing goes to waste. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.

Delivery time

After your order ships, standard delivery within the United States takes 3 to 8 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5 to 13 business days. International delivery generally takes 10 to 20 business days after shipping, though customs can add time we can't predict.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the print facility. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it down.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, plus most international destinations. We can't ship to PO boxes for some carriers, so a street address is best.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package at different times. You are only charged shipping once.

Customs and import fees

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and we have no way to calculate them in advance.

Wrong address

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. Please double-check your address at checkout, and email us right away if you spot a mistake — we can usually correct it before printing starts.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is confirmed delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email soulkicksllc@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
